Nutrition is a big part of Pure You movement and when you love what you eat, your body will feel the vibrations as well! I wish you have a chance to self study the foods that you like to eat and will they actually be good for you! So many of us just eats what they like, what they have been fed or what is easy/ that is the worst thing I know!
What more love and effort goes in to your food than more conscious you will be eating it, and also feeling a different type of fullness from it than any other food you would get ready made or packed. Make you food and love your medicine and have a great understanding what you insert to your gut! READ LABELS, MAKE YOUR OWN AND BUY ORGANICE, Yes because you are worth it and even if you don't think so please do a favour to the rest of the planet & do it Anyway!

All orders are done in high hygiene kitchen with fresh and organic ingredients. Quantaties can be from 10 pieces up to 100. For small orders ( under 20 give a 24 hour notice) For big orders ( more than 20- 100) )give a 48 hour notice.
For You to Know;
Valid Health insurance in case something will happen during our time together. All my practises are safe and can be adjusted around personal limitations. .I have never had any of my student injure them self in my classes / programs (other than muscle pain from using weak muscles) but I do advice you to have a valid Health insurance in case something will happen during our time together.
If you are not happy with your progress or my way of teaching I ask you to let me know how you feel and we will find a solution.
Everything what we talk while together is confidential and I will not pass it on to any other person unless I feel that you are in danger to hurt your self or people around you.
If the program that you choose does not satisfy you, we can change it to an other program or service.
Remember, nothing works unless you give all of you and commit for at least few moths. Life style changes with new habits will take time to adopt!
